Quality Management

Our Quality Management System operates through strict Inspection Testing Plans (ITPs) tailored for every phase of construction. From concrete slump testing and civil works levels checks to hydrostatic pipe testing and electrical load bank trials, every milestone requires formal sign-off by QA/QC engineers.
We coordinate closely with third-party laboratories, consulting engineers, and municipal building inspectors to secure certifications and approvals quickly, avoiding schedule impacts and ensuring structural durability.

GoTech is committed to reducing the environmental footprint of our construction projects. We actively implement eco-friendly construction practices to protect natural resources and comply with local green building codes (Al Sa'fat in Dubai):
- Waste Segregation & Recycling - Sorting and recycling structural steel, timber, and concrete waste to minimize landfill deposits.
- Dust & Noise Control - Utilizing boundary dust screens, water spray systems, and quiet hours to protect surrounding local communities.
