Our in-house structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering department bridges the gap between design theory and physical installation. By handling all complex services in-house, they prevent routing clashes and coordinate building systems (HVAC, drainage, fire safety, low-voltage power) as one unified system, streamlining authority approvals and final commissioning.

By auditing factory lines directly and managing logistics packages in-house, they eliminate third-party markup fees while locking in shipping schedules for long-lead critical equipment.

Safety & Environment
Directed by our HSE leadership, the Safety & Environment team enforces GoTech's zero-accident culture across every active job site. They maintain strict compliance with local OSHAD SF and Dubai Municipality safety codes, conduct continuous hazard training (Toolbox Talks), and manage environmental systems including waste segregation, dust control, and eco-friendly building practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✓ Daily site safety audits, risk assessments, and Permit to Work (PTW) control
- ✓ Conducting mandatory safety induction courses and daily Toolbox Talks
- ✓ Enforcement of personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance site-wide
- ✓ Environmental compliance, building waste segregation, and dust/noise control
