Milestone Progression

From initial concept to key handover.

Preconstruction

Scope definition, architectural and structural coordination, schedule strategy, cost modeling, value engineering, and authority approvals coordination.

Procurement

Long-lead equipment orders, vendor packaging, material sample submittals, commercial control, subcontractor selection, and logistics planning.

Execution

Direct site operations including civil works, concrete structure, interior finishing works, and in-house MEP services sequencing and supervision.

Handover

System testing and commissioning, QA/QC closeout inspections, authority inspections, operations training, documentation handovers, and final project sign-off.
