About the Project

At GoTech, we believe in creating homes that feel both personal and timeless. For this Springs Villa, the design takes on an eclectic yet sophisticated character – balancing sage linens, forest green velvet, camel tones, and natural textures with bold black accents for depth and contrast. The result is a curated, layered home that feels elegant, welcoming, and full of personality.

From the striking black panelled entrance door and coffered ceiling detail, to the pale oak herringbone floors and checkerboard hallway tiling, every space has been designed to feel refined yet warm. Luxurious marble, fluted cabinetry, ambient lighting, and bespoke joinery enhance both form and function, while natural light pours into key living areas to create a sense of openness and flow.

Beyond the interiors, the villa’s outdoor spaces, including a turquoise lagoon-inspired pool and relaxed cabana, extend the home’s lifestyle offering – blending everyday comfort with moments of escape.
